Terrible aftersales service

Bought some systems from their Cape Town branch. We collected, we returned them less than 3 days later (in original packaging, unopened), and over a month later they still have not refunded us. Excuse after excuse, Cape Town blames JHB, JHB blames Cape Town for not submitting documents correctly. And still not even a credit note! Not doing business with Electrolux again.
