Terrible After-Sales Service

I have an AEG Extractor Fan and decided to get it serviced a couple of weeks ago. We reported that the filters needed replacing and that the light was cracked. The technician from 'Mikectrolight Appliances Services' came and requested that the call out fee be left for him or else he would not come. He came through and did not replace the filters. Instead he suggested we wash them in the dish washer. When I requested a procedure for how to wash them he could not give me one. We are still waiting for the procedure and the quote for the filter should we decide to replace them. The light which was cracked before the technician came was further cracked after he left and actually a piece fell off the light the evening after he visited us. He then said this light is not available and he cant help us. I have phoned AEG twice and Mikectrolight Appliances Services twice with zero feedback on how they are going to resolve this problem. I think they think if they ignore me I will just go away...
