Swak vakmanskap en swak produk
Ons geyser is deur Outsurance n MAAND gelede met n KWIKOT GEYSER vervang omdat dit gebars het, hulle het Wimpie Moll loodgieters gebruik wat absolute gemors gemaak het ons krag het bly uitskop en ook het die water by ons ligs***elaars uitgestroom, nou n maand later skop ons krag weer uit, ek laat kom proffesionele loodgieters MIKES PLUMBING, die beste en hulle sê die water kom by due nuwe KWIKOT geyser se element uit, Mike ****ak KWIKOT net om meegedeel te word in hul fynskrif daars geen waarborg op daardie geyser nie al is dit net n maand oud🤬 mense bly weg van Kwikot geysers en Wimpie Moll Loodgieters in Klerksdorp

08 Nov 2021, 10:46Dear Sir, we got feedback on why the warranty was not honoured, and herewith the reply: The client is using borehole water which caused the premature failure of the product. The matter was not warranty related and the client had to pay for the installation of the new element.
