Stay away from Plumbers Market and Kwikot Solar geysers
I would like to warn people about this company Plumbers Market in roodepoort. Never ever buy your solar geyser with them. I bought mine in August 2021 and because it was during my mom's funeral I said I will go collect it as it was to be delivered in a day or 2 to their shop. Because of the situation I was in with a lot of people in the house. Went to go collect. They gave me the address of their supplier which is kwikot. I went there and arrived when they were about to knock off. So they showed me to park by their collection bay. I stayed in the car they loaded, no one told me what was in the box, the geyser and panels were loaded and everyone in a rush as they were about to knock off. I signed that I collected from them. Now 4years down the road there's a leak on the roof I call my plumber finds it's a pipe and also the geyser has cracked. He tells me that no the geyser has 5yrs warranty so since you are within your warranty call the place you bought it and they will replace it. I called Plumbers Market they gave me their WhatsApp number to send through the slip which I explained I can't find but will sent the statement from my bank. I requested statements from my bank and also realized I had actually spent over 20k in that month on the company and another 2k + the following month as bought toilet seats and basin cupboard and so on. They didn't come back to me until I called them again and I was told I should call their supplier as they would respond quicker to me. I did so they brought in someone and he said the valve installed is not theirs so they will not replace the geyser. Remember there was an old geyser before theirs, meaning the valves will not comply with their geyser. Also the package was not checked and shown to me that this is what was inside. Also Plumbers Market DID not tell me check if everything is inside that you have paid for. Now there's a problem with the geyser, not the valve. I'm being told about warranty measures, what was in my package which Plumbers Market has no surety too it was there and kwikot did not show me what was in the package, only what was visible to the eye, being solar panels and geyser. I took the initiative to call the valve supplier, which is what they said I quote" Good morning Lesego Hope you’re well Please note that our F400 (valve in picture) is compliant to SANS 198 and has been confirmed by SAPCS. Kwikot cannot say that the valve was the cause for the geyser to prematurely fail. Kwikot requires a SANS 198 compliant valve, which our valve is. Therefore they still have to honour their warranty.. When the technician from kwikot where here I called the sales person that was communicating with me, Jonathan, from Plumbers Market, and he asked the same question I asked. The problem is not with the valve its with the geyser and if the valve was an issue why has it been working for 4 yrs then as the geyser has cracked now it's the valves problem. The owner Annelda Pretorius clearly does not care about her clients that can bring her so much business. They are giving me the runaround now I must talk to THEIR supplier? I'm their client, I bought from them not their supplier. Offwhich none of these warranty measures were disclosed to me on purchase point or any checks done when I collected. Now I'm also given an invoice that is hidden on one side. Saying I bought on the 3rd and was delivered to their shop on the 5th. While on my bank statement shows I bought on the 5th August. Makro, builders on such purchases they have their own plumbers. As a company that deals with plumbing why are they not informing their clients all they want is to take your money and when you have a problem they throw it in your face. Kwikot also be aware of it, one lady also told me she had a problem with them when they had to replace. I regret the day I made this purchase with Plumbers Market, as my plumber highly recommended them, has been using them for years, taking his clients there. Now they want someone to blame so that they don't replace the geyser in its warranty. Please stay away from Kwikot and Plumbers Market

As highlighted on the phone neither your company or the company you supply did not inform me on these regulations you are highlighting. Both companies were just happy to take my money. Neither companies checked and informed me of what is in the packaging as well as inform me about these regulations you are now mentioning. Now that a replacement has to be done. Instead both companies are pointing fingers at each other. I still remain that the service from both companies is appalling and don't Recommend anyone to purchase any solar geysers from these companies

That above is message from one of your valve suppliers meaning this is what your company gave me.
There is no sympathy here you are just patronizing my intelligence. As such a company you are not even bothered by so much bad reviews. I think everyone on here should just warn people on every social media platform about this company.
The problem is not even the valve it's your own geyser that has cracked while in warranty now you are all shifting blames cause all you care about is to make money from people.
Can I have your ambudsman that you report too. That's all I asked for
