SHOCKING!!!!

I called they customer service number *** and held for ONE AND A HALF HOURS without anyone answering the call. In desperation, I called the head office and was given a DIRECT NUMBER ***) which was also not answered. YOU ARE GIVING GOVERNMENT ORGANISATIONS A GOOD RUN FOR THEIR MONEY, KWIKOT!!!
