SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY IS NON EXISTANT

<p>I bought a Vacumn cleaner in March and it now needs attention because of some weird noise....the ridiculous "manual" is a page of stupid graphics with no instructions - there are no trouble shooting instructions. Their website is so ridiculous it is as if it was built by a child -- you cannot access proper information. Then try and speak to their "service" department - even worse - get put through to 3 different people non of whom know what they are talking about or have knowledge of the product - I am then told I have to take the vacumn back to where I bought it.....this is absolute nonsense - it is not a huge fault but something I can sort out myself if I had the proper instructions. It appears they are happy to sell you a product but there is no follow up service or assistance. AEG used to be an upmarket company selling superior products....no more ! obviously I will not ever buy one of their products again. I am disgusted!</p>
