Rude and ********** workers and bad service

My geyser that's still under warranty burst so a plumber came out, checked it and said that it's still under warranty so kwikot will replace. Kwikot guys came out to my house, didn't even greet me or tell me their name just asked where the geyser was in a rude tone. The guy didn't even respond to my questions or explain what they are doing or going to do but he was just looking at his cellphone. Very rude behavior. Initially the guy said he can put the geyser but I havto get someone to take out the tiles from my roof but after a few minutes said that he cannot do i and just packed up and started to leave. They didn't even help me with my geyser, they made every excuse not to assist me or explain anything. They guy even forged my signature which is unacceptable. I will never recommend anyone to use this company as they cannot be trusted with that type of behavior.
