Rewards program

In August we bought a gas Hob and Electric Oven from Hirsch Hillcrest. By buying the appliances a promotion offered vouchers for a hotel stay, spa voucher and an on line culinary course. I now want to use the vouchers and the pin number etc that was sent via aegrewards@tlcrewards now expired. It makes me wonder!
