Replacing geyser

New geyser was bought & installed in June 2017 but in 2019 it started leaking so we called the company & they installed another new one 22-10-2019 but so it started leaking in mid-December 2021 we called your office *** but there was a voice message saying you open in Jan 2022 ,therefore my niece called in January but was told by a lady that we don’t qualify anymore for a geyser so they can’t do anything.

We had to borrow money & buy a new geyser plus pay labor, which cost a lot so I actually want to know how come your geysers last 2 years each? but then you couldn’t even assist us again, is there no way we can get compensation cause its unfair towards us.
