Replacement too small

I drove 52km to AEG warehouse Benoni. I supply the representative with product number, and all other information as required. They charged me almost R800 for a replacement drawer for my freezer. When I got home, I tried to fit it into my freezer, but I was too small. I went back all the way to Benoni again, and they tried to get rid of me, promising they will sort it out. I received an email, stating that the replacement is all they have, and i must accept it. There is no way I will accept a drawer that is not the right size for my freezer, and paying exorbitant amount of money for inferior product. Do not buy AEG, or any Electrolux product, as they do not give any after sales service. Really really disappointed
