My geyser leaking I have 5years guarentee call them say it expired last month but if u got purchase invoice they will asissit you replace it so I find it email it my invoice date says October date of purchase so 5years guarentee should expire on date of purchase according to them expire by batch number July why sell item in October if you know your product last 5years after 5years gives up there are total ******* cause 5years now according to date on geyser it packed off my while take If purchase item in October that's til when guarentee should be valid not 3month before. Then now cause I made them see reason now ask for freaking installation invoice they products are worst than China I am going to put it in wendy Knowles an devi sunker to investigate products quality believe me it don't last more than 5years and according to consumer protection act they should reimburse me
