Problem solved by Kwikot.

Kwikot in Epping went out of their way to send their own technicians to assist with a faulty thermostat of my Kwikot geyser 3 days before 25/12/2021, when most plumbers were closed for the festive season. It took me one call to them when they resolved the rrplaced the faulty item the same day, after traveling about 200km from Epping to Franskraal. This is certainly impressive service. I salute Kwikot for their assisttance .
