Poor service

Old Mutual insurance inform kwikot to replace my geyser.The plumber that is appointed by kwikot inform me I must paid R600 extra for the geyser bracket .I try to phone the people at kwikot a Johan And Jp They do not want to answer their phones This is poor service from Kwikot ad they want any excuse not to replace my geyser. I WILL CONTACT THE ONBUDSMAN AND MY ATORNEY TO HANDLE THIS CADE
