Poor service

I am so disappointed with Kwikot , they appointed a plumber to replace my leaking geyser and just few hours later its leaking again , there is no 24 hour service so I am now in trouble , their warranty policy is also unfair as the replacement geyser only carries the balance of the initial warranty of the previous geyser Kwikot is not being fair
