Poor service

<p>I purchased a quikhot geyser woth a 3 year warranty.it was fitted by a kwikot approved installer.few das later the water is cold.kwikot was called on 5/08/2016 verbalised they will cum out later the same day.it's tuesday now.and I am still waiting.really os this good customer care....also this is a sa homeloans insurance job</p> <p> </p>
