Poor quality of Kwikot products

I had a geyser installed by their technician and it did not finish its warranty period, there was a leak around the anode, I called my insurance, they forced them to replace the geyser because it was under warranty after weeks of back and forth they finally sent a technician to replace the geyser and now the replacement geyser has the same fault a leak around the anode, they are refusing to replace it, they claim replacement do not have warranty. this to me is a fault with their product. it cannot be that I suffer from the same issue over and over again with the same product
