POOR PRODUCT QUALITY

I've had 2 KWIKOT geysers failing within the 5year warranty period. The first geysers lasted 3years and after complaining to KWIKOT they assessed and refused to replace claiming non-compliant installation. The second geysers lasted just over 2years and again they refused sighting non-compliant installation.

******* product - don't buy KWIKOT. Their quality is getting worst - from offering a 10year guarantee previously to a 5year now and the products last less than 3years. Will not buy again and will encourage others not to buy as well.
