Poor Product Backup Service AEG

Call AEG Electrolux 3 times now to book a technician to repair my AEG fridge. its now gone a week with nobody calling or visiting to sort this fridge out. Very sad state of affairs on their customer care side. I think the product is good but can see first hand how bad their back up service is. REF 51-415207
