Poor customer service by AEG

I bought AEG front loader at Makro Vanderbijlpark on June 16 this year. The machine functioned well for about a month until it locked clothes inside, during a cycle.

I couldn't diognise the problem based on the operating instructions guide, so I called Makro and they arranged for AEG to send a technician a month later, around September. The technician broke the door handle while forcing the Machine to open and promised to return and replace the handle/door.

Seven weeks later, I call AEG to enquire about the matter. They told me they will get back to me in no time. Even after paying a small fortune for the washing machine, it's of no use to me and I've been arrogantly left out in the cold.
