Poor AEG service

I bought an AEG washing machine 4 months ago from macro pmb. I have had endless problems. Worst part is that my machine is standing for 5 weeks now and aeg is just not responding to fixing the machine. Who today can live without a wachine machine for 5 weeks. Macro says it's aeg that needs to fix it. Aeg says they don't know when they will fix it. Have you ever heard of such customer service. Apparently they are aeg from Durban and will see when tjsu can come and fix the machine. 5 weeks and still counting
