Please think twice before fitting kwikot geysors

I was referred last year by Quicksure my previous insurance company to use steynvaard plumbers to repair my Geysor thar bursted two weeks after fitting a new element and thermostat via Strumpher Plumbers in Middelburg Mpumalanga. This is the first time Ive heard that a geysor replaced only have a one month warranty after replacement and that a plumbing company as Steynvaard just passing the buck back to ther customer. Due to their quick response I was unable to get my new thermostat and element which how ever almost costed me half the price of steynvaard supp**** by strumpher plumbers. Ive been Staying years in Middelburg and never experienced geyasor problems as much as kwikot, maybe the name states it all should read kwik - out. How on earth is it possible that you supply a geasor the plumbing company fit your geysor damage your sealing and cornishes and fit a cheap product such as this. please explain this for I do not accept Steynvaarts service as well as your product quality and durablity.<br> REPLACED FAULTY ELEMENT & THERMOSTAT AT 150L KWIKOT DUAL 600 GEYSER SERIAL: N880914 02N5.The plumbing company is so arrogent that they refused to fit the parts, my earth leakage burnt out.
