Pathetic service

Been 4 days,and Kwikkot cannot not supply a replacement solar geyser that popped under warranty,if you call their call centre,they don't understand and refer you back to CT office,then when you call the Cape town office they refer you to JHB call centre,or the calls IVR just loops,we have a 3 year old child and no water, pathetic and very poor service,with a big name like Electrolux....makes them look small,pathetic and cheap..let's see how longer this will take.@#£&@!!
