Pathetic Service

My geyser started linking, requested for them to come fix it has my geyser is still has warrantee, a technician was sent, however did nothing. during this pandemic we have been able to use the geyser. That I paid for in full. May you please come fetch your geyser and give me my money back. My family and I can't live like this.
