Pathetic excuses made to void warranty on geyser.

Your team made every excuse to void the warranty on my 3 year old geyser, stating that the connection is not compliant hence the geyser bust. Yet the same connections with the previous geyser worked very well for over 10years ! Pathetic excuses just to avoid replacing a faulty geyser.
