Pathetic customer service

This morning our geyser (which was fitted around November 2015 and still within warranty) burst. Kwikot was called and advised that the technician would be sent out. That was more than 12hours ago. Since reporting the issue no technician arrived, nor did anyone bother to follow up. We called to follow up twice, and only this evening did the call centre agent advise that the technicians were unable to get to our call and they only work until 4 or 5pm. I find this completely unacceptable, as we are now sitting with a dripping geyser which has completely ruined a new ceiling. Their total lack of compassion and work ethic in an emergency situation has left us with costly repairs. Is it fair to say that Kwikot is now responsible for both the geyser and extensive repairs necessary? When I left for work this morning there was minimal damage to the ceiling ( a small area of water damage). Due to them not attending to the problem timeously more than half the roof is damaged, in addition to us not having any hot water. Please advise when someone competent will be able to attend to this issue.

The call was attended to and found a water pipe leaking and not the geyser. If you did a thorough fault finding before assuming that the geyser is leaking, all this would not have happened. An apology from you will help, and let us have an email address where we can send you an Invoice for the Call Out Fee which was attended to and not warranty related. Regards Management.

The reason for resorting to social media, just to clarify in case you missed it, is the fact that your company failed to respond timeously to the call out... not in the form of a technician or a courtesy call to advise a client. You took 24 hours and never informed that it would take that long. Your technician himself mentioned that plumbers advise to call kwikot even when the leak is from the inflow pipe. How would you expect someone not in plumbing to check who should do the repairs?
Your snotty response is jus another reason we will not recommend kwikots pathetic service. I will not make your job easier. You can refer to the call our information should you wish to send an invoice for a call out fee.
