Pass the buck - No help
Good day. I am trying to get in contact with AEG to investigate whether my cordless phone can be repaired. I logged a request on the website and got a notification stating that the contact person has left and providing an alternate contact details. I called the number and was advised that it was not for AEG . I called AEG Electrolux customer service and was given a number ***. This lines does not get answered. I called AEG Electrolux customer service again and was given another number and advised the consultant that the previous number was not being answered. The consultant gave me an alternate number ***. I tried this number and reached a voice recording stating that the number does not exist.

When I called the customer service no, the consultant had the same number, I requested to speak to a manager and was given the number for the head office ***000 and was advised to select option 4. When I did this, the consultant redirected me back to the customer service who then gave me another number ***. This is a fax line.

I find it unacceptable that I have to approach the company atleast 4 different times and got incorrect information every
