Old Element in New Geyser....

So my Kwikot / Electrolux Geyser was replaced in Feb 2023 under warranty due to the first one braking (burst) whilst under warranty.

Last week this brand new geyser just stopped working and I contacted Kwikot / Electrolux to ask them to assist. They responded by saying that they only give two months warranty on electrical components and I am just outside the window. This occurred last week Friday, whilst we are in winter and I have two small children. So, I rushed to get an electrician to my house and I witnessed how he removed a very badly warn out and old element from this two month old geyser. So, it seems that the geyser that was replaced under warranty in Feb '23 had its new electrical components removed and old ones installed... Mmmm... Very sneaky and untechnical of your company to do such a thing, don't you thing? I immediately emailed pictures of this old element to the company and at the time of writing this complaint I had not yet received a response or an explanation.

Seems to me that you have been caught doing shady warranty replacements...
