Nothing sucks like Electrolux!

<p>I have an AEG Electrolux vacuum cleaner and the hose pipe on the machine has broken. I have been to the website and logged a query asking if and where I can get a replacement and I received no response. I have called the AEG contact numbers on numerous occasions, have been placed on hold for a long time and then either there is no response from the person with whom I need to speak or the line goes to a voicemail box which is full. On one occasion I was able to leave a message for a specific person who did not return my call. A lot of time and money wasted and pure frustration!</p>
