Not Kwik Kwikot

Kwikot asked me on hellopeter.com what took me so long complaining that they hadn't responded to requests for repairs under guarantee. But things dragged out partly through their losing the serial number a few times, over a period of a year. I now contacted them again, sending them (I presume) the serial number on the geyser: IPX4. It is a low pressure water heater. But where is Kwikot? They seem to behave as if they were waiting for the guarantee to expire. I may be contacted at **********
