NON-EXISTENT SERVICE ON EXPENSIVE AEG/ELECTROLUX TUMBLE DRIER

<p>We have been told by Hirsch Service and AEG that the motherboard of our very expensive, just-out-of-guarantee, tumble drier is broken and needs to be replaced and a cost of almost R3 000!</p> <p>Surely the parts, and especially the motherboard, of an expensive machine should last a lot longer than the guarantee period??!!</p> <p>AND surely AEG should provide better after sales service than we have received - their technicians were here two weeks ago and promised to get back to us with some kind of resolution. To date ... NOTHING!</p>
