NO STOCK IN WHOLE COUNTRY

it is now 4 weeks without an oven!!! no thermostat in the whole of SA. The part had to be shipped from Germany to Cape Town, then taken to Joburg and then dispatched to Durban, what a waste of time, what about the customer who waits weeks for the part to be delivered? this is why there are courier services around. what a bad after sales service, surely AEG/ELECTROLUX could make sure of stock? No more AEG or Electrolux for me, that's for sure. Every week promises were made that the part will arrive in the next week, wishful thinking! Unacceptable and unconceivable.
