No spares for washmachine

bought a washing machine from tafelberg furnishers in march. the glass of the door unexplicitly broke, during the night when nobody was using it.

first of June reported to tafelberg furnishers. Very helpful lady reported it to AEG and their responce was that a technician from JD Hersteldienste would contact me within 24 hours.6th of june again called Tafelberg furnishers as nobody had contacted me by then. Same kind lady explained that they are waiting for spares. Up to today nothing.
