No service agent

It has been two months since I reported my AEG Arctis Freezer which as a three year guarantee which expires in October 2015. But still no agent has been sent out to me and I can't believe that there is no agent to service the George Mossel Bay area. I have phoned on several occations via Metro Home Centre in Pretoria who has given me the direct number for Electrolux. They only take my name and number and don't call me back.
