No help after two weeks of burst geyser

It's been over two weeks with a burst geyster and this company has yet to send people to me or have any communication with me to replace it, their call center staff are generally rude and will drop a phone on your ear for no reason at all. I am really ****ed off with this company and will motivate our building body corporate to stop using them because they do not seem to want to service people.
