No after sales support/service

Absolutely pathetic service from your approved agents in Bellville www.fixitt.co.za! Contacted for installation of new gas oven purchased for warranty purposes on the 22 of March with no reply! On the 29 March no reply on email again, which necessitated a phone call to them! The appointment was made for 1 Apr to come and install the oven at a rate of R700, where your warranty clause states that is the installation is within 50km it is for free, which it is. Then only to be told at 15:00 on the 1 April that their vehicle has broken down and they cannot come do the installation! Surely that cannot be their only service vehicle for the whole of Cape Town, as they are your only agents in Cape Town? Absolutely pathetic service! How are we to prepare food over the Easter Weekend hosting family? Will never ever but AEG again or recommend anyone! You have the typical South African company syndrome of zero customer care!
