No accountability

Had a burst pipe in the area and when the pipe was repaired it caused the geyser to burst. Geyser still undr warranty and kwikot refused fo replace it according to valve policy. House was bought with this valve more than 10 years ago. We are not plumbers so wont know that is not correct. Who should then take ownership of this? The supplier!!!! This is then when things like this should be replaced. So here we go abother night without any water. Feel like i should send them the food bill and shower bill from where we had to source these basic human needs.
