Never install a kwikot / electrolux geyser

My geyser that's only 4 years old burst today. According to kwikot, they are the only ones allowed to replace it, but at the same time can't give me an ETA when it will happen. Because I don't want to be without hot water for weeks in the middle of winer, I have to pay for the replacement myself. Some advice, NEVER install a kwikot / electrolux geyser. ******* quality and ******* after sales service.
