My Kwikot geyser popped while under warranty, but they replaced it the same day.

My geyser popped on the Wednesday at 8pm. My plumber came in the next morning and told me since that its under warranty, he'll log a call with Electrolux to have it replaced under warranty. He logged the call at 9am. At 11:30am, the Electrolux guys were there and replaced the geyser within an hour without any hassles. This level of service is something I wish I could encounter more. Thank you!
