and were able to remove they geyser through the roof. The geyser got replaced under an existing warranty.

After yesterday's, 04 July 2023's water supply shortage in areas of Centurion (Rooihuiskraal/Amberfield) we switched off the geyser to prevent burnout but the thermostat packed up (old geysers thermostat was put into the new replacement geyser, not a new one with the new drum). We had to log another callout through our insurance company and pay for the part to be replaced.

After 6 weeks we still have a hole in the ceiling and without a guarantee of how long it will be before this geyser bursts as well. I want Electrolux (previously known as Kwikot) to pay for the ceiling repairs, the parts and have a team come out to give me all new parts so this geyser will last.

Still waiting for a call back. Would not recommend your services to anyone.
