KWKOT burst too often too easy
People I don't understand why insurance companies instal KWIKOT geyser. I have two geysers in my house and you have no idea how often we must replace these **** - poor quality geysers. One would think this company realise their product is **** and do something about it, even worst surely insurance companies must know by now that their product is **** and find better product to replace constant bursting KWIKOT geysers.
Unbelievable this company is still in business knowing their product is substandard. **** has a new name KWIKOT.

Just one question, was your geyser serviced at regular intervals and anode changed as recommended as per the warranty instruction manual, and has your plumber who installed the geyser explained the T&C's of the warranty?

Writing all these excuses don't make your geysers any better, if I was you I fix my sh.t in place of looking for excuses.
The insurance company sends accredited plumbers if your product failed to stop looking for rather shallow excuses. This is a fact: your geysers burst way too often to be called quality - it is **** and burst frequent. F. all the excuses make better geysers.
