Kwkiot Geysers

I had a Kwikot 300litre solar electric geyser installed on 31 07 2016 and it was first used in November 2016, it failed on 28 28 2018, ie it lasted 21 months. I had the geyser replaced with another Kwikot 300litre solar electric geyser which failed on 06 07 2021, ie it lasted 34 months. I had the geyser replaced with another Kwikot 300litre solar electric geyser which failed on 30 03 2023, ie it lasted 20 months. All three geysers were installed strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and all three failed in the same place. I have since been advised that Kwikot are no longer manufacturing 300litre solar electric geysers so I have had to replace it with two 150litre solar electric geysers. I have sent two emails to the Marketing Department of Electrolux, the holding company, and have not had the courtesy of a response from them. I have claimed from my insurance in each instance however the installation cost of two 150litre solar electric geysers is considerably more than that of a single 300litre solar electric geyser and I would like to know what Electrolux is going to do about it. Their silence indicates to me that they are not interested in my predicament just as their Eastern Cape Regional Manager was not interested in the past. I am not a happy consumer.
