Kwikot - worst nightmare

I'm not going to give this company a one star, but had to give a 1 star, otherwise I can't post this review - worst ever plumbing company and they operate since 1903? My word - they belong to Noah's ark. They don't work on weekends, the Kwikot geyser doesn't last the warrantee of 5 years - it needs to be replaced. Monday it was reported to them - rude from the start and unprofessional. There is a 48-hour turnaround. Today they pitch up around 15:00 after they should've been there at 12 noon, they couldn't find the address??????? Really???? Once they arrived, they don't have a long enough ladder, didn't know it is a duplex. The owner of the duplex has a 9m ladder, no-no they are not allowed to use someone else ladder. They will come back tomorrow. Now, how in the world do you sent a soldier to the battlefield without a rifle? Kwikot you have some homework to do - start with your company's reception (first impression of a company) right-up to your manager and your plumbers. JP, you should be able to solve a problem. Don't you walk that extra mile for your customers? The owner is without water since Sunday and without warm water in the winter time. Come-on Kwikot, where is your pride?
