Kwikot worst company
Just want people to know that They have to stay away from fitting Kwikot geysers. When it comes to warranties they come up with all sorts of excuses not to replace. They also when replacing a unit under warranty make sure that it last just so warranty expires. They also have technicians that do wrong diagnostics. So always get 2nd opinions otherwise you will be ********** by this company looking at ways to make a quick buck at your expense.

14 Oct 2020, 10:14We are sending you an email explaining how the warranty on electrical components are working. The element that is faulty is out of warranty and you need to get a Plumber to replace it at your own cost.

14 Oct 2020, 11:27i think you do not understand.
your technician tryed to ripp the customer off because the element and the thermostat was not the fault.
he did not test properly and lucky i got another opinion because all that was wrong was that the Allen Key ***** came loose and was leaking water onto the electrical wires.
he should have know that because the earth leakage was tripping.
the person who fixed this did not change any element or thermostat and it is working fine from Sunday.
we cannot trust Kwihot anymore so dont come with excuses because your company has been caught out red handed trying to RIPP OFF customers.
