Kwikot Where Are You?

I have a non-electric Kwikot solar geyser installed in my house in Tesselaarsdal near Caledon. I contacted Kwikot nearly a year ago to say that this had ruptured, and I gave them the serial number a few times. There were scattered contacts between me and them. Since this was the second time that this happened, I asked them if they could please just remove the geyser and plug the pipes hot water pipes, I don't want this thing, it doesn't work. No, they said, they couldn't do that. It had to be a replacement. Hello Kwikot, where are you?
