Kwikot sucks dog *****

My geyser was replaced with a kwikot 200liter geyser in September 2020. The geyser started leaking withing an hour of fitment. I must stress it was installed by an approved plumbing company. After a month of complaints and blame games kwikot finally sent their expert installer to replace the faulty unit. They completed the job after much backwards and forwards. A certificate of compliance was issued by the expert and we hoped all would be good . ( October 2020) Fast forward to May 2022, the geyser sets alight and almost burns my house down. Kwikot are again contacted by my insurance and they simply refuse to engage or accept any liability . The area manager somehow gets hold of my phone number and basically verbally abuses me telephonically. Raymond- KZN. I'm appalled by this. Please, please, please do not deal with this pathetic company. Their arrogant manager and inferior quality equipment will let you down . Rather use a better product.
