Kwikot products are clearly defective

Pity the rating scale starts at 1 because Kwikot deserve 0 stars! Looking at the other reviews, I don't know why insurers would even use these guys! Geyser bursts with 4 years of warranty remaining, assessor comes out, Xoliswa Dlamini from kwikot gives me a call ..She clearly hates her job because she sighs every few minutes..I get a reference and then the wait starts.. follow up and get told they have a long list and are working from bottom up.. it's been a week! If you are in this situation, void your warranty and get your insurer to send a reputable company out.
