Kwikot not as \kwik"& efficient as they claim """
This is the 2nd time in 2 and 1/2 years that our geyser has had to be repaired under the Kwikot guarantee. The first time round we used one of their contractors & the second time the same contractor has been used, however the installation is not according to SABS standards as per Kwikot installation guide. it was brought to Kwikots attention & we were ignored. We are still waiting for a regional manager to phone us to resolve this matter. Roland the call centre manager didn't have the decency to return the call as discussed. We do NOT TRUST this product any longer-it simply does not last!!!

The geyser was not installed by Kwikot, it was done by your Insurance. Roland did phone you back, but you insisted that you replace the geyser yourself as you are a plumber and did not want to wait for our Panel Contractor to do the job. Your abuse language and swearing is also not acceptable. Our contractor Bakgat plumbing will attend to the call this morning (GM)
