Kwikot Junk Heat Pump

Just over a year ago i made a substantial investment in Kwikot Heat Pump. This has been one of the worst mistakes i ever made. From the onset i had issues with the unit resulting in no water being heated and the unit going into error at 2 in the morning , causing the family to awake as it makes a loud noise when it errors.I called them out and they could find no installation issues.They advised me to try a few things that might solve the problem and that they cant do the work as they dont take responsibility for the installation.Being frustrated,I followed their advice and got the installer (at my cost), but none of those recommendations fixed the problem.I advised accordinly and they wanted me to try more things which i did again (at my cost). Still no success. Why should i pay for trial and error when they are selling the product and cant find issues with the install. Why arent they able to come out and resolve this issue with their product.They have imported sub standard junk and are selling it in the local market because they themselves dont know how to fix the problem.I would really advise people not to purchase this product as you and your family will be left in the cold
