Kwikot is the most unreliable

Good Evening I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from kwikot, I had a 150l geyser with a 5 year replacement warranty, It subsequently burst, I contacted the service department and they told me within 24hrs my geyser should be sorted out, 3 days later they come and fit a new geyser, geyser is damaged, not heating they how ever tell me that there plumbers are busy and can not come and repair....
