Kwikot is so unreliable, and I am truly upset.

My geyser was overflowing then I reported to insurance to come a sort it out because it was under warranty, Kwikot came through but refused to sort it out because the plumber had initially installed incorrectly. 2ndly, they advised if the bring the geyser they won't do an installation, I would have to call my owner plumber, but question was how the previous plumber installed the geyser if they cannot get access to the ceiling. This was Friday the 3rd and today is the 10th. The geyser has been replaced by there's still a leak that needs to be fixed but they are not assisting. Actually, the job is not complete. This is leading to additional charges because I am paying for the water leak. This is becoming a trend and my other 2 businesses; I experienced the same problems.
